\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTransfluid UMR 642 ist eine Profiliermaschine zum pr\u00e4zisen Umformen von Rohrenden in T-Form und zur Erzeugung funktionaler Geometrien, die Dichtheit, Passung und Wiederholbarkeit von Rohrverbindungen verbessern. Sie arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der Umformung mittels rotierender Formwerkzeuge, wodurch ein sauberes Ergebnis ohne nennenswerte Oberfl\u00e4chenbesch\u00e4digung und mit sehr guter Prozessstabilit\u00e4t erzielt wird. Die M\u00f6glichkeit der Umformung bereits ab einer Einspannl\u00e4nge von 1\u00d7D spart erheblich Material und Platz.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Der automatische Lader erm\u00f6glicht Kopf-\/Ende-Bearbeitungen, sodass beide Rohrenden in einem Arbeitsgang bearbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen.
