Ist der W\u00e4rmetauscher nicht ged\u00e4mmt, gibt er einen Teil der W\u00e4rme \u00fcber seine Oberfl\u00e4che direkt an die Umgebung ab. In Heizungsanlagen und Systemen zur Warmwasserbereitung entsteht dadurch ein <strong>W\u00e4rmeverlust<\/strong>, der f\u00fcr den eigentlichen Betrieb des Systems nicht genutzt wird. Bei K\u00fchlanwendungen ist es umgekehrt: W\u00e4rme aus der Umgebung gelangt zur kalten Oberfl\u00e4che des W\u00e4rmetauschers und es <strong>besteht die Gefahr von Kondensation<\/strong>.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc77146 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor translation-block\" data-id=\"dc77146\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">Die Bedeutung der W\u00e4rmeverluste zeigt auch eine <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.wpi.edu\/downloads\/bc386k85c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Messung<\/span><\/a> des Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Bei dem getesteten unged\u00e4mmten Plattenw\u00e4rmetauscher <strong>betrugen die W\u00e4rmeverluste an die Umgebung etwa 24-32 % der vom warmen Medium abgegebenen W\u00e4rme<\/strong>. Die H\u00f6he dieser W\u00e4rmeverluste h\u00e4ngt vor allem von folgenden Faktoren ab:<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59c4abd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59c4abd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li>der Temperatur des W\u00e4rmetauschers und der Umgebung,<\/li>\n \t<li>Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Bauweise der Anlage,<\/li>\n \t<li>Str\u00f6mung der Umgebungsluft,<\/li>\n \t<li>Betriebsdauer,<\/li>\n \t<li>Material und Dicke der D\u00e4mmung,<\/li>\n \t<li>der Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Ausf\u00fchrung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ff41af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ff41af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNicht immer handelt es sich dabei um einen tats\u00e4chlichen W\u00e4rmeverlust. Befindet sich der W\u00e4rmetauscher in einem Raum, der ohnehin beheizt wird, beispielsweise in einem Heizungs- oder Maschinenraum, bleibt die abgegebene W\u00e4rme dort, wo sie genutzt werden kann. Bei Anlagen, die nur kurzzeitig und mit geringen Temperaturunterschieden betrieben werden, kann die Bedeutung der Isolierung ebenfalls geringer sein. Bei Dauerbetrieb oder gro\u00dfen Temperaturunterschieden sieht die Situation jedoch deutlich anders aus. Eine passend gew\u00e4hlte W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung reduziert diese Verluste.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe7c742 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fe7c742\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-363e4c6 animated-slow elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"363e4c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">EPP oder PUR zum Heizen, andere Anforderungen beim K\u00fchlen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10537f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10537f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tF\u00fcr Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung werden W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmungen aus <a href=\"https:\/\/eshop.aptec.international\/kategorie\/izolace-k-vymenikum\/tepelna-izolace-epp-cerna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EPP (expandiertem Polypropylen)<\/span><\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/eshop.aptec.international\/kategorie\/izolace-k-vymenikum\/tepelna-izolace-pur-modra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PUR (Polyurethanschaum) verwendet<\/span><\/a>. <strong>EPP ist ein leichtes und formstabiles Material,<\/strong> das sich f\u00fcr die Herstellung fester, an die Form des W\u00e4rmetauschers angepasster Teile eignet. <strong>PUR bietet sehr gute W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmeigenschaften<\/strong> und wird auch in Ausf\u00fchrungen mit einer sch\u00fctzenden Au\u00dfenummantelung eingesetzt.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2df9180 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2df9180\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBei K\u00fchlanwendungen ist neben der Reduzierung der W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung auch der Schutz vor Kondensation wichtig. Sinkt die Oberfl\u00e4chentemperatur unter den Taupunkt der Umgebungsluft, kann sich auf nicht isolierten Fl\u00e4chen Feuchtigkeit niederschlagen. Hier kommen beispielsweise geschlossenzellige Elastomersch\u00e4ume und dampfdichte D\u00e4mmsysteme zum Einsatz, die f\u00fcr niedrige Temperaturen geeignet sind. Die ausgeschnittenen Teile werden anschlie\u00dfend zusammengesetzt und direkt auf den W\u00e4rmetauscher geklebt, sodass <strong>die W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung der Form der W\u00e4nde und den \u00dcberg\u00e4ngen zwischen den einzelnen Teilen folgt<\/strong>. Den Laser nutzen wir au\u00dferdem zum Gravieren des Logos, der Typenbezeichnung oder der W\u00e4rmetauschernummer.
