Back Office Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous and communicative colleague who will support the smooth running of production from an administrative point of view. We offer work in a stable company in Hodonice near Znojmo.

What you will do:
- Communicate with customers
- Confirm and record orders (entry/updates in the system, checking deadlines, etc.)
- Manage and check material records (material overview, receipt checks, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for shipping, process delivery notes and related documents
- Cooperate with production (ensuring smooth order flow and handling day-to-day operations)
- Prepare documentation for inquiries and cooperate with suppliers
What knowledge and experience we value:
- At least a high school education (education in economics is a big advantage)
- Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Communication skills – you will be in contact with customers and colleagues in production
- Independence, good work organization
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience with ERP systems (we work with the Keloc system)

- Working hours Mon–Fri (8 hours): fixed hours 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. at the workplace, otherwise you plan your working hours independently according to current tasks and deadlines
