CNC Programming Training
Hands on training directly on the shop floor takes our CNC machining capabilities to the next level
Technologies are evolving, tolerances are becoming more precise, and customer demands are growing. In order to keep pace, our team must also grow. That is why we systematically focus on training and expanding the skills of our CNC programmers and adjusters. This time, it was professional training FANUC.
Practical training directly in production
The most valuable aspect of the training was that it took place directly in the production facility. No classrooms, just a real CNC lathe with powered tools and technical drawings. Together with our CNC programmers, the trainer showed us step by step how to program more efficiently in the FANUC system, how to work without a counter spindle, how to sequence operations intelligently, and where to reduce machining time without compromising the accuracy or quality of the finished part. At that moment, the ordinary lathe became a space for testing, asking questions and searching for the best solution.
From basic turning to confidence in complex operations
Once the base program was ready, our team took over. We started with classic turning, followed by threading, grooving, and drilling using circular interpolation. With the addition of the Y axis, CNC machining moved to the next level. It opened up the option for precise milling, cutting grooves, and producing more complex shapes in a single setup. Each next step showed just how much of a difference a well tuned program and a confident programmer can make. Thanks to experience like this, we can continuously improve the quality of our CNC parts, speed up order processing, and push our technological capabilities further. We believe that systematic training is the key to long-term success in CNC production, which is why we invest in it regularly.
