The BLM TwinCut is a fully automated tube cutting system designed for efficient processing of one or two tubes at a time. In our facility, it cuts tubes up to 80 mm in diameter, speeding up production while ensuring stable, repeatable cutting of tube components. The system uses a fiber laser to deliver clean cuts, high repeatability and minimal need for secondary deburring.

The PILOUS ARG 300 CF-NC Automat is an automatic metal band saw designed for cutting bars, tubes, and profiles, with capability for both square and mitre cuts (90° to 45°). Built for repeat production, it delivers stable cutting and controlled cutting conditions, with continuously variable blade speed controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD).

It is used to cut blanks from bars, tubes and profiles to the required lengths as an initial operation before downstream metalworking, where fast, repeatable cutting is needed for CNC machining, welded assemblies or assembly components.

Computer-controlled CNC router for thermal cutting of steel, aluminu, and stainless steel sheets. Holes, exported shapes and saddles can be thermally cut into tubes and angles. The plasma router is ready for any aggregate with a manual or machine burner. It is usually possible to cut sheets and materials with a thickness of 0,55–50 mm with an accuracy of ±0,6 mm. The positioning accuracy of the machine is ±0,1 mm.
