CNC Milling

CNC milling capabilities

On CNC machining centers with travels of up to 1330 × 670 × 650 mm we manufacture precision machined components from prototypes and small batches to high-volume production. We combine CNC milling with turning and CNC tube bending, machining flats, grooves, pockets and precision holes on bent tubular components. CNC Machined Parts are supplied ready for subsequent manufacturing processes or as fully completed assemblies, including surface finishing, quality inspection and final assembly.

3-Axis & 4-Axis

We manufacture simple and complex milled components using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling to meet the specific requirements of each project.

Rotary Tables

Rotary tables enable machining on multiple sides of a component in a single setup, reducing machining time while improving dimensional accuracy.

Workholding Systems

We use a wide range of vises, chucks, magnetic clamping systems and dedicated workholding systems for different component geometries.
