Tube bending capabilities

We bend tubes with diameters from 6 to 50 mm on BLM GROUP and CRIPPA machines. Right- and left-hand bends, as well as multiple bending radii, can be produced in a single program cycle. We process round, square and rectangular section profiles. Parts are supplied ready for further processing or final assembly.

Right + left bend in a single cycle

No machine reset required. Complex 2D/3D geometries produced faster and at lower cost per operation.

Multi-radius bending

Multiple bend radii within a single program cycle. Full repeatability across the entire production.

Mandrel bending

The mandrel prevents ovality in thin-walled tubes. Standard for HVAC, automotive and instrumentation applications.
