Successful recertification audit confirms ISO 9001:2015 compliance
A well-established quality management system helps us maintain the same standard throughout the entire production process.
We recently successfully completed our ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit. Auditors from TÜV AUSTRIA reviewed our quality management system and how it is implemented. As a result, our certification has been renewed until 2029.
What is ISO 9001:2015?
ISO 9001:2015 quality management system je mezinárodně uznávaná norma pro systém řízení kvality. Nehodnotí jeden konkrétní výrobek ani jednu povedenou zakázku. Zaměřuje se na způsob, jakým firma kvalitu řídí, zda má nastavené procesy, odpovědnosti a kontrolní mechanismy tak, aby dokázala
požadovanou úroveň kvality udržovat dlouhodobě.
Quality starts before the machine does
Vyrábíme přesné průmyslové díly podle dokumentace zákazníka. Některé zakázky projdou obráběním, jiné ohýbáním, svařováním nebo kombinací několika technologií.
In contract manufacturing, a well-established quality management system is essential. Every job can involve a different material, drawing, tolerances, batch size and process route, yet the result must always meet the customer's requirements. If a customer comes back with the same part six months later, we can pick up exactly where we left off and deliver the same quality.
That's why, for us, quality doesn't start when we pick up a measuring instrument to inspect a finished part. It starts much earlier, with reviewing the technical documentation and preparing the manufacturing process and materials. It continues through each production step, the coordination between individual operations and the flow of information between everyone involved in the job.
That's the difference between product inspection and quality management. Inspection finds a problem at the end. Quality management helps prevent it in the first place.
What does the audit mean for our customers?
The audit is an important milestone, but our work on quality doesn't end with the certificate. Our quality management system is reflected in everything we do, every day. For our customers, this means confidence that every part in a production batch will meet the same requirements and that they can rely on us for repeat orders as well.
