A strategic alliance of two CNC specialists

WOOZ CNC specializes in precision CNC machining, with a strong focus on CNC milling. The company concentrates on custom manufacturing of plastic, aluminum and other metal components for the pharmaceutical, shipbuilding or defense industries. By acquiring a majority stake, we are expanding our manufacturing portfolio with additional state of the art CNC capacity and improving our flexibility in delivering technically demanding projects.

The purchase price was agreed implicitly with Mr. Ing. Sýkora, Managing Director of WOOZ CNC. The shared objective of both parties is to further develop CNC manufacturing, increase the added value of projects and deliver technical solutions that meet the real needs of modern industry.
