Expansion of capacity and modernization of the CNC hall

New facilities for custom CNC machining, assembly and painting

With long-term growth in order volume, we are adjusting our capacity and operational structure. In order to maintain stable quality, precision, and deadlines even with a higher volume of orders, we are expanding our premises with an additional production hall and have completely renovated the floor in the CNC hall. The goal is clear: higher capacity, smoother production flow and even better repeatability in custom CNC machining.

The construction of the hall will bring higher capacity and smoother production

The ongoing construction of a new hall will bring us more efficient production layout and more space where it is most needed in the future. The changes include the relocation of the assembly plant, expansion and modernization of the paint shop, and facilities for new technologies and production machines. We will better separate the individual production steps, speed up order processing, and reduce unnecessary transfers of work-in-progress CNC parts and assemblies. This will strengthen key activities such as CNC milling, turning, bending and related processes including painting.

New floor in the CNC hall: cleaner operation, greater stability, and safety

After years of continuous operation, we’ve completely refurbished the floor in our CNC hall. The new surface is designed for heavy industrial loads, resists oils and process fluids, and is far easier to keep clean. It improves overall stability and helps us maintain order on the shop floor even under demanding conditions. Before the refurbishment, we had to temporarily relocate all 30 CNC machines and adjust production accordingly. Today, CNC machines are back in place and production is running at full capacity in a cleaner, more stable environment.

What modernization means for our customers

For our customers, these changes primarily mean a smoother flow of parts through production (CNC manufacturing, assembly, painting), which shortens the overall order completion time. At the same time, we are increasing our capacity for repeated series production and strengthening reliability for parts with tight tolerances and continuity in assemblies. In the custom production of CNC parts, long-term repeatability and a stable process are often decisive factors.
