Alfa Laval Partner Academy

Training that strengthens our heat exchanger expertise

At the beginning of October, we took part in the Alfa Laval Partner Academy, a professional training program designed for official partners and distributors of Alfa Laval technologies. Over two days, we gained deeper insight into technical solutions, service approaches and tools that directly support day-to-day work with heat exchangers Heat Exchangers and related technologies.

Technical know-how and practical use of heat exchangers in operation

The Partner Academy program focused on the real-world application of heat exchangers across light industry, energy, and other sectors where operational reliability and long-term efficiency are essential. The sessions included practical case studies, service scenarios and working with operational data helping optimize heat exchanger performance throughout the entire lifecycle.

We also explored tools such as Energy Hunter, the Partner Training Portal, and OneCRM, which support systematic data management, service planning and technical documentation. High-quality data, correct interpretation are crucial for accurate sizing, proper maintenance and reliable long-term operation of heat exchangers.
