New welding facilities

More space for welders, greater capacity and higher-quality work

We now have new welding facilities, and the difference is especially noticeable in day-to-day operations. They provide more stable conditions for weld quality and repeatability, while also ensuring a smooth integration to our CNC manufacturing. This enables efficient welding of assemblies for heat exchangers, exchanger stations, associated piping systems and other complete units. The new workspace is designed as a clear, well-organized “welding cell” with dedicated stations. This allows us to maintain better order in production, speed up the transfer of work-in-progress parts and simplify the team’s daily work.

Technology matched to the part: orbital, robot/cobot and manual welding

In our welding areas, we combine multiple welding technologies depending on the type of project and the required outcome. For piping components and applications where a uniform, clean and repeatable weld is critical, we use Orbitec orbital welding. For parts with higher repeatability and a need for a stable, controlled process, we prefer the CWC-S TPS 400i CMT welding robot with cobot welding technology.

At the same time, for standard welding operations and projects that require flexibility, we use Fronius welding machines for manual welding, selected according to the material and joint type. The combination of all these technologies allows us to cover both precision piping applications and standard welded components as well as parts prepared for subsequent processing or assembly.

Smoother production flow and better integration with CNC machining and assembly

For projects that involve follow-on CNC machining and final assembly, we need production to run without unnecessary fluctuations. The new facilities reduce waiting time between operations, speed up the flow of parts through production and contribute to more reliable delivery times for finished assemblies.
