Precision CNC machining at Aptec production turned a student idea into a real product

Some projects start as a school idea and end up forgotten in a drawer. Dübl is the exact opposite. Students at the Austrian technical school HTL Vöcklabruck came up with the concept of a smart bottle cap, and we at Aptec production turned it into reality. The result is a real product where precision CNC Machining and meticulous attention to manufacturing details made all the difference, ensuring leak tight sealing and reliable usability in real world conditions.

For a cap that has to be 100% leak tight, hundredths of a millimetre matter. Dübl also includes practical features such as an integrated bottle opener for crown caps and a carry ring for easy transportt, which places even higher demands on accuracy and attention to detail. We apply the same approach for our customers when manufacturing precision machined parts, backed by state of the art CNC machines.
